So here goes my second blog thanks to Ms. Nakada for saying I had nothing to do so I had to do the blog. Ms. Nakada says that I have to write about Friday as well as today, but it's not that hard because Friday we wrote the whole day. Our goal was to get about 1000-3000 if you were a normal person, so I guess I'm not normal because I wrote 4,500 words. I didn't stay though for Friday because I like writing without a lot of people around me, so I went home and wrote. Sebastian just told me to write about him, so here you go.
Now to today's agenda. We started off the day with getting our percentages from Ms. Nakada on our word counts for our novels. We then began to write for a while while Ms. Nakada talks to us about our word wars which is a contest to see who can write the most words in three minutes. Sparks says he isn't going to do the word war because he's bad under pressure to write, but I think he's just afraid he's going to lose. Kameron are you happy now that you are in my blog? God. Ms. Nakada now stopped us to talk to us about a dare machine and some extra encouragement from James Patterson. The dare machine is a simulator that gives a problem, solution, or idea to write about for your novel if you get stuck. You just press a button and gives one to you. Now we have started our word war and I can't tell who is winning, but I know Erica has not stopped typing to my left. Now it has ended and we are gonna see who the winner is. Quinn started off and said that he wrote 117, but I was right and Erica wrote 208 and won the war. Makaiia won for the hand written portion and wrote 80 words.
Now we are putting our lab tops away and taking out our english notebooks to write on page 24 about Shakespeare continued on A Midsummers. We had to write a modern sentence into Elizabethan. Here is the sentence: Why do you have a pumpkin in your locker? Curtis, Sparks, and Jesi all gave very Shakespeare like like sentences to translate the sentence. Now the bell has rang, so bye.
