Smarter Balance Field Test
Quiz Corrections
HW: RJ 8.1 pages 385-403
Well, half off my blog got deleted.... We are having a class trip up north April 12-14. This year we are replacing the CST with a Smarter Balance test. The test is on the computer and has many different types of ways for us to answer. Ms. Nakada said that New York did terribly on the Smart Balance assessment and I don't think LA will do much better. It sounds very time consuming... We have to practice for the practice of the test. Then practice for the test... Not my favorite thing to do. We started getting back our Midsummer Night's dream/ Book Thief test. I think most of the class did decent on the test. I got 25/30 on the test and with test corrections I can get 27.5/30. That is a 91% and is in a A.
The class is now doing test corrections and Ms. Nakada concluded that the vast majority of the class did poorly on the translation part of the test. As I would expect. It was really confusing. This blog is starting to bore me... Let's talk about sports, UCLA is going into the Pac-12 tournament in a few days and we will hopefully win and get into the March Madness with a 5 seed. The 2015 recruiting class for UCLA is looking good in football. Iman Marshall the number uno corner in the class seems to have enjoyed his visit to LA and continues to wear UCLA gear. Christian Kirk the number 1 athlete seems to be leaning towards blue and gold along with Cordell Brodeaus and Josh Rosen.
I just finished my test corrections and class is ending, so QOTD: Do you like the CST OR CST more?
