Guess it's my turn now, thanks Gracie (said with a whole lot of sarcasm). Anyway, I hope I don't mess up. We started off talking about how Ponyboy isn't a very reliable narrator, his nightmares and taking to many aspirin have clouded his mind and, from this, he can't think straight. We also learn how Johnny changed, he went from being the small shy puppy that as Pony described has been kicked too much, to the heroic figure he turns out to be. While Two-bit and Pony visit Johnny something strange happens, Johnny's mother shows up at the hospital asking to see his Johnny. Johnny is surprised at first, but doesn't want to see her. I don't blame him she is a horrible mother. Not wanting anything to do with him unless it involves personal gain. Later in the chapter Pony and Cherry meet up Pony is mad. Cherry is not wanting to see Johnny, because he killed Bob. Pony doesn't feel the same, he was their with Johnny to him Johnny was a savior, I mean he did save his life.
At the end of the chapter Poney asks her about why she feels bad for the greasers but she doesn't do anything about it even more ironic is the fact that the whole time Cherry is sitting in a Corvette, something else ironic is that as I wrote this Ms. Nakada is asking us about the definition of irony, so there's irony all over the place. Sparky is counting down, so I better start packing up. Glad this is over. See ya' later.
